The temperature of the chamber equals the temperature shown by the temperature sensor, plus the correction of trueness on the calibration certificate of the sensor. If you want to know whether the temperature of the chamber is correct, check that the temperature in the chamber is within the bracket defined by the maximum permissible error, minus the extended uncertainty of the temperature sensor.
